If you love GTA, you will love this game, it has the perfect combination of humor and action. You will love the characters and some memorable moments.. Besides it doesn't actually take a monster of computer to run this game so that's a plus.

I love the Saints Row Games. Not too serious while still being a very fun experience. I actually prefer it over GTA.

All in all, Saints Row: The Third is a fun, ridiculous game in the same vein as it's predecessors. Its better looking, and has more ridiculous weapons and vehicles, but, sadly, it is much shorter, and the mini games aren't quite as fun. It's still great, but not as great as it could have been. Also the co-op didn't feel fully fleshed out compared to number 2, which was sad since it was awesome in number 2.

A great GTA spoof that doesn't take itself too seriously. The missions are hilarious and the characters are memorable. I definitely recommend picking up the season pass with this one. Easily logged over 100 hours of co-op gameplay and still enjoy messing about with friends.

Had a lot of fun with Saints Row: The Third. It's the perfect game for when you just want to shut out that part of your mind that takes things too seriously, and just kick back and have a good time.

Performance is great. On an older PC (a rig built in 2009 that uses an Nvidia GTS250, 2gb RAM and dual core AMD CPU), it runs decently. It's a very good port overall, though the user interface gets a bit iffy at times.

Graphics are good. Explosions and carnage effects are sufficiently spectacular for a game like that. The cutscenes are also very stylishly handled.

The audio is somewhat of a mixed bag. Voice acting is hilarious and very well carried, and things explode satisfyingly, but gunfire sounds could have been better beefed up, and the radio gets really boring after a while (though most people probably end up playing Bonnie Tyler's 'Holding out for a Hero' anyway)

Gameplay-wise, it's a real crowd-pleaser. Like I said, this is a game which doesn't require much thinking. You get a mission, and off you go to shoot stuff. Like in Saints Row 2, you also get mini-activities to accomplish, which net you more money and Respect (used in SRTT to level up). Some of the activities are rather tame though, and do get boring after a while; it's also a shame that SRTT has opted not to exclude activities like Septic Avenger.

One complaint I have about missions is that the main story's missions are quite linear. While you are allowed the freedom to shoot civilians and hijack cars, you have to complete the missions by the sub-objectives given, even if there's a more plausible, shorter way to do it. It's hard to elaborate without giving away too many details, but anyway it's not a very noticeable issue unless you're the type who likes to try to push the game's mechanics to its limits by doing things out of the ordinary.

The game also has a high degree of customization. You can modify your character how ever you want to, and even most cars can be tweaked to a degree with external and internal modifications. Very nice.

I highly recommend buying SRTT if you just want to blow stuff up. It may not have the same degree of destruction as Red Faction Guerrilla, but that doesn't make it less fun. It's ultimately a very silly game, and contains a lot of low brow humour, but that's why it's perfect for escapism after a bad day.

Amazing game. In SR3 you can do a lot of crazy things and you are a real badass. This game isn't meant to be serious, here the fun is what matters. The gunplay is cool, you can upgrade you character and your weapons, the driving is a little strange, the cars are very light, the graphics aren't so amazing, but are good and fits the style of the game well. The problem is, there are a lot of DLCs for this game, so if you want to have everything for this game, prepare to spend some money.

A fun game, but fails in simple aspects. Depending on the video card, the game freezes eventualy. Other negative fact is the number of expensive DLC's, and most of them do not include relevant content. Although these fails, the game is realy fun and enjoyable.

Crazy fun, lots of lol's , and it works on PC unlike SR2 that was laggy as hell even with a high spec system. SR3 cars feel more like GTA 4 and your char dont move around like he/she has s**t thir pants. not that s**ting your pants would matter in SR3, games so funny it suprised there isnt an option to do this... lol

The game is really awesome. A more lighthearted version of Grand Theft Auto. Though its not quite as good, the game is really worth it, especially when on sale and I have very little to complain about with the entertainment value thats redeemable in the game.

The whole game doesn't make any sense, but that even makes it more fun. I'd recommend playing this game with a friend, the co-op is great. SR3 is like GTA but with better weapons, more customization and a lot more fun.

Honestly, if you haven't already picked up this game, go ahead and do it. If you're looking for seriousness though, stay away. This game is all about the wacky, the strange, and the downright weird. Think GTA on crazy pills, and you're close. The story was kind of meh, but you never play this type of game for the story, you play it for the awesome sandbox world you can run around in. Enjoy Just Cause 2? Pick this up right away.

Pure, unadulterated, insanity. That's this game in a nutshell. From driving a tiger around town to gunning down mascots in a demented game show, this game manages to be gloriously deranged from start to finish. This game is so awesome, now only did I beat it 100%, but I almost immediately started a second game with a new character afterwards. If you're a fan of open world games like GTA? Buy this game, you won't regret it.

This game is one of the most entertaining games I've played in a long time. I convinced a mate who was incredibly skeptical to get it, and we play it co-op most nights. We get nothing done, but it's fun as hell. It certainly starts fast with the first mission throwing you into a over the top celebrity bank robbery which goes wrong, and then skydiving thousands of feet while shooting the crap out of enemies. Best buy in a long time, 10/10

This game is just fun. It takes everything that GTA does well and removes all the slow, boring parts. It then goes over-the-top with some of its antics, but always keeps the experience fast-moving and fun. The mechanics are great and the learning curve is easy.

Saints Row the third is all-out craziness if you're the type of person that wants to come home after a hard days work. And do some mindless violence well I have to say Saints Row the third is your medicine that you need. This game pretty much has it all this game has a pretty funny story to it it never takes itself so seriously though which is funny in its own means. The amount of activities that you can do in this game range from. Escort missions destruction missions story missions etc. etc. there's just a lot to do in this game and the great thing about it all the activities are real silly fun. I enjoyed this game a lot and controls type of graphics very good and the story made me fall off my chair laughing a dozen times. Well if you like this type of game I would have to tell you to pick this one up.

By far the most ridiculous game I've ever played. Saint's Row: the Third was a blast to play from start to finish. The driving is vastly better than it was in Saint's Row 2, though that might just be because it feels as though somebody played the PC version before they shipped it this time around. It still feels a little clunky, but far easier to deal with than many other open-world titles.

The missions are well-designed, the combat flows pretty well despite the occasional ragdoll frustration (which, to be honest, happened far more in SR2), and the game, while not

graphically ground-breaking, is rather gorgeous in its own way.

As well, I was amazed by the level of detail,and amount of care put into the various features of the game. There's a surprising amount of customization options for vehicles, and while a portion of the guns tend to feel useless compared to some of the other options available, there were very few weapons that I didn't enjoy using

The open world tends to feel a little small once you get used to it (and have a helicopter) but it only takes a bit of driving or running to remember just how vast a playground Steelport offers, and there's always something to do- be it base jumping, tank-driving, property-buying, escorting or just good old fashioned gang violence.

This game is absolutely worth buying, and fully deserves the praise it gets

A Grand Theft Auto game that is perfect if you want some ridiculous good fun. However, if you are looking for a deep and interesting story you won't find one. Although, you can have the main character speak in a zombie voice so it's all worth it.

One of the most fun sandbox games around. If you like killing stuff and driving around and basically causing havoc. :)

Fun missions, loads of content, huge customisation possibilities and much more.

The only downside is that it is slightly buggy, but when it works its so awesome it doesnt even matter.

For brainless fun and yet still challenging I would recommend this to anyone.

Have to give this game a lot of credit. It does what it does really well. The game is a lot of fun with a crazy campaign weird characters and a host of weapons to use. It does differ quite considerably from Saints Row 2 as it deviates from story towards insanity a lot more. Still an incredibly fun game.

Great game, over the top and full of action. A little too over the top at times but a great game if you want to have fun. There isn't much of a story though. The gameplay is alright, the shooting is average and the cars control horribly. There are fun vehicles and weapons which makes you forget about the average gameplay.

This game, from the opening minutes, aims to go completely over the top in every imaginable fashion and does so with aplomb. The shooting and driving mechanics are decent (for a 3rd person shooter), the story is ridiculous, and everything else that gets thrown in just makes me laugh. I'm about half way through this game and can't recommend it enough.

Saints Row: The Third is a true sandbox, along the same lines of Just Cause 2. It gives you a vast area to explore and dares you to get bored of the equally vast number of things you can do. There is so much fine detail running through the game like BLACKPOOL through a stick of rock and it's that level of well dispersed gameplay options that gives Saints Row so much depth.

Obviously also taking a lot of cues from the GTA series, Saints Row has actual minigames involving car surfing and base jumping. Car surfing in GTA was only ever standing on a car and seeing how long you could stay on for, and where you'd be taken, while base jumping appeared in San Andreas along with the parachute and involved chucking yourself off high buildings for fun. In Saints Row, both of these have been turned into minigames, car surfing has you riding on top of the car and trying to maintain your balance while performing tricks that wouldn't look out of place in 1080, while the base jumping element generates a nearby target every time you jump of something sufficiently high and rewards you for getting as close as possible.

If I could have given Saints Row a 4.5, I would have done. In the same way as Just Cause 2, the controls leave something to be desired when it comes to flying aircraft. There's a strong sense of disconnection between you and the plane/heli/jet, and the control scheme basically makes you treat them as cars in the sky that you can adjust the height of. There's no sense of momentum or even gravity, your craft will hang at the same altitude until you give it input. Personally, it just feels wrong, I much preferred the much less arcade style controls of the aircraft from GTA, it's not much fun flying a plane that it's actually very hard to crash, except intentionally.

Admittedly, it might make things easier for PC players who don't have a controller, but it feel unnecessary dumbed down as someone who uses a 360 Controller for driving and mouse and keyboard the rest of the time.

However, given the sheer amount of off the wall content there is aside from things that can fly, I'm just picking holes in what is actually a very solid title.

I'm a big fan of the GTA series and playing through their story missions is a lot of fun, but ultimately, once I've finished one, I don't find nearly as much draw to go back to it as I do for Saints Row.

I enjoyed SR2 and have enjoyed SR3 even more. From the well done combat system the fluid controls and upgradable weapons. It is a very well made game and has a high fun factor. Which lacks from a lot of games released now that focus on being pretty more than having any actual content. Compared to it's predecessor it has improved a lot.

I loved saints row 2 and pre-ordered saints row: the third hoping to get more of that unique brand of humour and customization and thats exactly whats here. I might even describe this game as twice as ridiculous. As well as single player and coop, theres a whored mode where players fight waves of enemies and there are comedic mutators each wave such as becoming a giant. My only dissapointment is that this game has performance issues but according to the forums the developers are working on it.

Brilliant game! If you play SR2 then you need to check this game out. They improved many aspects of the game such as graphics, many bug fixes and its def a smoother experience. It offers hours and hours of crazy fun!!

Saints row 3 is a good game if you like fast action paced GTA with exploding lasers!

Saints row 3 is a worthy successor to Saints row 2, it hasnt improved much but graphics, new guns and bug fixes, but thats good because people who played Saints row 2 would want Saints row 3 to be like GTAIV! The story seems like something that they put together in the last minute.

Bit it is the best game i have played for a while and thats not bad being that i spend 8 hours next to my computer playing games and stuff each day! I say Just get this! Its great gameplay with AMAZING humor! I give this a

Very good game if you like a more funny GTA style game.

Driving can get a little tedious at times but its decent enough even on WASD, no need for a game pad.

Can be a little dull at times, but the jokes and coop more than make up for that, specially if you're into toilet humour or bad references.

It's rare to see a developer find something and just go with it like volition has done with saints row. I'm happy to see this made and even exited for a possible SR4.

It's proboably the most insane thing you'll play this year and I reccomend this to pretty much anyone who is open to crazy, over the top fun!

Saints Row: The Third is a game we've been itching to get our hands on since we had the chance to check it out at E3 this summer. Volition hooked us up with a sweet theatre screening of the opening scene of the game, showcasing the amazing assortment of awesomeness the game will feature. Saints Row: The Third is easily one of the most interesting and most fun games of the year.

Volition told us that their biggest goal when developing Saints Row: The Third was to blow our minds. In my humble opinion, my mind was certainly blown.

From the minute you play the opening scene of the game you get a rush of adrenaline and a sense of genuine fun, I mean the opening scene has you dressed up as a bighead Johnny Gat, spraying your opposition with assault rifles and interesting melee combinations (just a heads up, you get a bonus for aiming where the sun don't shine). As the game progresses you'll meet familiar faces, new acquaintances, and surprise celebrity appearances, and if you play your cards right, all will aid you in assuming direct control of the city. The story of the game takes a turn, for the interesting, after the government decides they're tired of you running over civilians and moonwalking on their heads, thus calling in the big guns: STAG, the Special Tactical Anti Gang unit. These guys are a no-nonsense army that invade the city and have one goal in mind: neutralize all gang activity. With STAG breathing down your neck and rival gangs opposing your power, you most certainly have your work cut out for you, so strap it on!

Overall Saints Row: The Third is a great game that is tons of fun. There are a lot of interesting and unique elements about the game and a mixture of scenarios and missions sure to keep everyone entertained. A solid piece of work from Volition,

Unlike Saints Row 2, development for the PC version of the The Third was not done by a 3rd party, and it shows. From a technical standpoint, it's a much smoother and less problematic game than Saints Row 2 was.

Missions feel a bit shorter, and there is no longer any Respect requirements for storyline missions. It can make the game itself feel shorter, as you no longer need to spam side missions (like Mayhem or Insurance fraud) to progress the storyline, They are, however, useful for gaining Respect which is still used for other things. The storyline missions are quite varied, and fun, and there are several that just makes you go "wtf?".

The storyline in The Third is definitely ligher than in SR2. While less "serious" than GTA4, the story in Saints Row 2 had some rather serious and downright depressing moments. Saints Row: The Third have no such things, or at least keeps it to an absolute minimum. One thing that has not changed is the Boss (or the protagonist, for anyone not familiar with the previous game). S/he is still an evil psychopath.

Character customization options are fairly similar to Saints Row 2, though it overall feels quicker and easier to use in Saints Row: The Third. Some options have been removed (for example walk animation and facial expression), some of the voice sets have been replaced with new ones, and there's new Zombie voice set for zombie fans.

Co-op is similar to how it was in Saints Row 2, except that its no longer an absolute pain to set up on the PC (we eventually had to get the Xbox version to get any co-op done). Setting up a co-op game in Saints Row: The Third is a pleasure in comparison, though it seems to be tied up completely with Steam. When, at one point, I lost my connection to Steam, my co-op partner got disconnected from my game, and a mission automatically failed as a result.

Overall, it was a better game than Saints Row 2 and, in my opinion, money well spent. It's not a perfect game but when, at the end of the game, I first thought was "This was fun!" I can not give it anything else than highest rating.

If you're a fan of Saints Row 2, get it now.

A fantastic game, Crazy as hell and not afraid to show it, however, for those looking for a serious open sandbox crime game, I would recommend grand theft auto over this game, however, if your looking for just pure fun, saint's row the third is a blast to play. 5/5
