Second part of great game! You get more riddles. The story is interestnig. If you like the first part, yuo have to play second part.

Must have sequel to excellent Puzzle Agent saga. PA1 had creepy story on its own, but had many loose ends that this PA2 now knits together to make the weirdest sweater ever seen outside the Norway.

First off if you haven't played Puzzle Agent one skip this review and buy it (that is if you like casual brain teaser puzzle games.) I enjoyed the first Puzzle Agent enough to buy this sequel - mostly because of the story and art - the puzzles being somewhat frustrating at times because of alternative correct solutions not being acceptable. Puzzle Agent 2's puzzles are not challenging at all compared to the first and a perfect score is easy to get for most puzzles (I never used the gum and I'm not particularly bright). For me the biggest let down was the story and characters this time around. The charm of the first episode was lacking this time around and while we revisit old "friends" most have nothing to say. The introduction of new characters adds some fresh air to the story but not enough to warrant any particular praise. I finished the game pretty quickly and feel I got my moneys worth (bought it on sale) but since I really liked the first I was a little :(

Too short with repeating locations & puzzles, losing a lot of the charm of the original. Just as frustrating as the original, with an incomplete story & poor puzzle instructions.

If you know Puzzle Agent and liked it, buy the sequel: you'll get more of the same, and you're going to enjoy it.

If you don't know Puzzle Agent, buy that instead (it's on GamersGate, too!): it's cheaper, it has the same gameplay and about the same length, and after you've finished it you'll know whether you'll want to play this sequel, and, as a bonus, know the whole story.

It's more the same from the first one. If you liked it, then this is for you. Fun story and solid puzzles, but pretty short. If you are not into adventure or puzzle games, then this probably won't change your mind about them.

Puzzle Agent 2 continues from where the 1st game ended. The eraser factory in Scoggins has reopened, but the foreman is still missing. While the bureau has called the case closed agent Tethers can't drop it from his mind, so he take some time off and heads back to Scoggins to take a look at the case in his own time.

The game mechanics haven't changed from the first game, so if you liked the game play in that, you'll like it the sequel as well. The puzzles felt a bit easier this time and the atmosphere isn't as funky as it was in the first game, but all in all, Puzzle Agent 2 provides some solid puzzles for a couple of hours.

The Scoggins case is fully cracked in this one, so if you have played the first game, this one is essential. And if you haven’t played the first, then I'd suggest you to play it before you take on the challenge of number two.

Atmosphere and story (insofar as it is resolved) are great, as is the art, but the game itself is lacking. Not only are many of the puzzles simple to solved, they repeat over and over. The more difficult/interesting puzzles are relegated to bonus puzzles, but even those are bad. For one, you'd best know what value US coins have and knowing a certain mathematical constant is key, too. I haven't found puzzles with confusing instructions, or puzzles with what seem to be more than one solution, so that's a plus at least. I've mentioned the story being resolved as a positive as well, but the story in general has its downsides as well. For however many question from the original are answered, just as many, if not more new question are raised.

A great puzzle adventure game, perhaps a tad bit short but the price and the story makes up for it.

The art style is charming and the puzzles will most likely give you some exercise for your brain.

So you like puzzle adventure games I highly recommend Puzzle agent 2, after you've played the first one of course.

Telltale has done it again!a fantastic sequel to the first half of the story. Nelson returns to Scoggins to finally solve the case once and for all, leading to mre ingenious puzzles in this well made and quirkily animated game. The characters are as crazy as ever and the atmosphere is still fantastic. Recommended to anyone who loves brain teasing puzzles!
