Cities in Motion: Ulm review

Ulm is a picturesque small German city and so, as reflected by the price, this is a small map. The expansion was initially announced as an April Fools joke after a number of fans had been campaigning for the inclusion of the city in the game. After a while the developers decided to develop it seriously. I'm glad the did - the one scenario provides for a few hours pf fun on a beautiful map and anyone who likes tinkering in Sandbox mode with different start dates will get a lot more out of it.

I actually wasn't planning on buying this expansion, as I prefer mega-cities in my city-builder type portfolio. But on sale for a buck, hard to resist. Although it obviously doesn't suit me as well as, say, the Paris or Tokyo packs, it definitely didn't disappoint me either. Ulm is sorta of a neat change of pace from the big cities & is enjoyable as such.

Add on very nice, even though the city is small, it is a good gaming experience. Two scenarios that surely will please you with a good level of detail for the transport system of trams.

Very nice small town. Very good project and many possibilities of expanding tram link. The two scenarios are really amazing. I recommend this addon especially for those who are tired planning the lines in such a big cities like Berlin or New York.
