I got charged but did not get my game

There are two reasons this may have happened. First, your order may have gotten flagged for manual review, in which case you will most likely receive the game shortly. Check your order details, and if you see no mention of MR there — it may be a technical issue and you should contact us immediately. Same goes if you got charged twice — this is a technical issue and we'll make it our top priority to fix it.

Keep in mind, though, that financial organizations normally "reserve" funds prior to a transaction, so it is easy to see reserved funds as actually charged ones. Make sure to double-check if you were indeed charged.

Unfortunately it can sometimes take up to twenty four hours for orders to be fully processed, so if your game has not appeared in your library after this time frame despite your payment being successful — please, contact us directly so we can sort out the issue.
