Double Helix Games
Double Helix Games is an independent game studio with a history that stretches back almost 20 years. The studio formed officially when Shiny Entertainment, creator of classic games like Earthworm Jim, Sacrifice, MDK and Enter the Matrix, merged with The Collective, Inc., makers of Indiana Jones and the Emperor’s Tomb, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
We have a track record for delivering high profile projects based upon blockbuster franchises.
Working in HEXengine, a cutting edge, proprietary set of tools, pipelines and runtime, we are working on multiple titles for the next generation of game consoles and PC. Fueling the creativity, design, and technical excellence that drives all our games, Double Helix is home to 75 developers in sunny Orange County, California.
