If your problem is concerning a game, you are most likely better off asking the developers directly. GamersGate is a store with 6000 products. We have limited possibilities/knowledge to help you with technical problems for each game.
If your problem is concerning your GG account, payment, downloading, installing etc GamersGate Support is probably the correct way to go.
