Missing serials! We are aware that we have run out of serials for several Bethesda games.
New serials were ordered before the sale but we are unfortunately still waiting for them to be delivered.


Due to national holidays and appreciated sales, our support is overloaded and it may take up to a week to get your first reply on a ticket. We are very sorry about that and are doing our best to speed things up.



Before you send a support request, take a moment to think about what the problem is really about.

If your problem is concerning a game, you are most likely better off asking the developers directly. GamersGate is a store with 5000 products. We have limited possibilities/knowledge to help you with technical problems for each game.

If your problem is concerning your GG account, payment, downloading, installing etc GamersGate Support is probably the correct way to go.
