Here is some more clarification on the redemption of the 2 codes in Origin for the BF3 Premium Edition.

Redeem the main game in Origin and the LE box art will appear.
Redeem the extra content code in Origin and the extra content will appear under the “I” when you hover over the LE edition box art.
