DRM protected games are protected with a 3rd party or ingame activation control when installing the game.

Origin and Steam are not considered a DRM protection as it is a client for playing the game through.

GamersGate is not considered a DRM protection.

  • "Other DRM" are normally an ingame activation control.
  • "Require a 3rd party account and install" are normally Steam.
  • SecuRom, Tagés and StarForce are 3rd party activation systems.
