Delayed reply time due to holiday sales

Dear customers!

Unfortunately, due to an increased amount of requests during the massive sale season of this holiday period we may experience a delays in reply time. If you are submitting a ticket please await a reply from our staff as each and every ticket will be answered. Although most will be answered within 24 hours, unfortunately, reply times may be above 48 hours for specific cases.

Please note that multiple replies to a single ticket or creating several tickets puts your request back in the queue and it will take longer time for us to reply to them. We would like to reply to all inquiries as soon as possible, so please await a reply from our support staff.

Downloaders providing connection error

We are aware that a number of our users experience connection issues with the downloader used for some games. We are aware of the issue and are already working on fixing this soonest possible. Unfortunately, we do not have any time estimate yet. Please try to use the downloader again in 24 hours and see if it works for you then.
