Unfortunately, at some times we are experiencing a high amount of requests and this may cause a delay in reply time. If you are submitting a ticket please await a reply from our staff as each and every ticket will be answered.

Please note that multiple replies to a single ticket or creating several tickets puts your request back in the queue and it will take longer time for us to reply to them. We would like to reply to all inquiries as soon as possible, so please await a reply from our support staff.

[Fixed] Issues with the downloads from our servers [Jan 7]

We are aware that a number of our users experience issues with getting the downloaders for some games and the issue has been fixed after some hours it has been active. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and hope that all works fine now!
