• Users can now also purchase games with “Blue Coins,” which can be purchased with cash or earned through user activity on the site.

Personal Profile and Community Options:

• Members can have a public profile where they can list games they own, ratings they’ve assigned games, reviews they’ve written, their wishlist, a personal image/ avatar and their membership status.

• Membership status is based on points received by overall activity on the site and in the GamersGate community. There are five different levels of membership status: white, green, yellow, red and black.

• Members will now be able contact each other with an internal messaging system.

• Members can now ask questions about games with a new feature called “Game Tutor.” Members who answer the questions and solve the issue will receive “Blue Coins” which can be used to purchase games.

Game Tutor

You may be asking yourself- what exactly is the Game Tutor program?

Well, the Game Tutor program is designed to help members with any game issues and reward those who help.

For example, let's say you can't get your game to load or you are struggling on a specific level of a game.  You simply go the page, type your issue on the page and the first member who responds with the solution will get rewarded with blue coins which can later be used to purchase games.  Pretty easy, right?

You can also earn blue coins by writing reviews of games and ranking games.  You can also purchase blue coins if you'd like to.  But don't worry, we still take credit cards and PayPal.
