Activation key doesnt work

the activation key for this game does not work the error i get is:
Activation process has been terminated. Please make sure the SERIAL has been entered correctly.
Press BACK to attempt another activation, click MANUAL ACTIVATION to activate manually or press CANCEL to abort. In case the problem still persists please contact mailto:support@securom.com.
The SERIAL was not found in the database. Most likely the SERIAL has been entered incorrectly.
PLZ HELP!

There key is likely invalid. Contact GamersGate support and ask for a new one.

This is a serious issue. If youre sure you are using the correct key given by GamersGate and still cant activate the game, you should contact Support here, to get a new key:

Very easy to misread a serial (0 and O for example). Try using copy and Paste to enter the serial. If there is no paste option on right click sometimes control + V will work.
If your game still wont activate then you will need to contact support as has been suggested by X01JP and Azrael360.
