Manual Review?

So, I just ordered Borderlands 2 and it told me that it had to be manually reviewed, and I can understand why it would require that, but I would like to know how long I can be expected to wait to know if I should just request a refund and order somewhere else.

It can take a while. It took about an hour for my Battlefield 3 Premium Service order to actually go through. Don't sweat it. You should get it soon.

The problem is, from what I can tell, Gamersgate is located in Sweden. It would be 4 AM at the moment. Do they have people working 24/7? I think the problem was, I have a checking account linked to PayPal and when I paid, I chose to pay with remaining PayPal balance and also my checking account. So that probably caused problems...

I doubt that is really the issue. If you have a receipt already that says you've payed for it, you just have to give them time. And yeah, I think they are located overseas so sometimes you have to give them a little extra time, especially considering the time over there currently. Might as well wait. Borderlands 2 is worth it :P (Yes they have people working around the clock to process orders I am pretty sure.)
