Visit the link above, download the .dll file and scan it with anti-virus software just to make sure it's clean.

To keep things organized, place the .DLL into the same folder as the software executable (.exe).
If you don't know the software location or if this doesn't solve your issue, continue below.

Download or copy the .DLL file to your C:\windows\system32 folder
Backup the old .dll files before replacing existing ones.

Re-start computer or software application.

.DLL install complete

That's the direct link to the tbb.dll file, in case you're not able to find it.

I would be very careful with downloading system files from third-party sites. It's a good way of infiltrating a computer with malware (since the system file will have permissions that other software hasn't).

Personally, I'd recommend to either download such files directly from the developer, or to fix the problem in another way. If something went wrong with your installation, then adding one single file might not be sufficient to fix it.

If there is a file missing from the install you might be best to do a clean install. Try uninstalling, disabling your anti-virus and redownloading and installing the game again.

Just FYI for anyone else, when I installed TFH, I changed the install directory, and the installer created the "HoI3" subdirectory inside the game's directory. I was seeing a similar missing DLL error. I copied the contents of the subdirectory into the game's directory, and it was all good.
