I have bought Empire Total war Package(Original and Napoleong), the activation-serial-key for Prey seems still unavailable for me: Every time I press the "Show serial key" button next to the game-symbol, I still get the following message, that I allways got since I "own" the game:

"Unfortunately, we are out of serial keys. The publisher has been contacted and we will supply keys as soon as they are delivered to us. We apologize for the inconvenience. [2]"

I want to hurry to play the game, but I'd be glad to know how long it'll take to get new keys from the publisher or if I can shed the hope that the publisher will create new keys...

PS: In my case(Napoleong Just find Serial key activate but Original have not key) it's just the activation-serial-key which is missing, the second one is revealed, but useless at the moment because when I'm starting the game, I'm asked to type in the game key, the revealed one, I got won't fit in the textbox.

I'm sorry but to get the key you have to wait until Gamersgate receive them from the publisher.

I don't understand your "PS", both Empire and Napoleon are steamworks games, you need to have only the activation key to register it with Steam, no other key is needed.

Generally, you need to contact support for problems with keys. Here in the Game Tutor, we are customers just like you, we cannot replace keys or issue new ones. You'll find a link to support at the bottom of this page.

Side note: You're saying that you bought the game here, however, your profile shows zero purchases?

Also, I don't understand why you are looking for a key for Prey when you're talking about Empire Total War. You should probably clarify that when you write to support.

How get My Empire total war Serial key, Key is not unavailable yet, Can I request Serial key Private in this Web site? like Support?, or just waiting until Developer's Serial key delivery? If I'm waiting for serial key, how long it will take?

We are just customers like you, we cannot distribute keys.

If gamersGate is out of keys, then they will request new ones from the publisher. Usually it takes 3-4 days until they arrive. They will be added into the system automatically, and your key will then be displayed when you click on the "reveal key" button.

If you cannot reveal your key for a longer period than 3-4 days, contact support and describe the problem: http://www.gamersgate.com/support

Prey as in wings of prey? Sorry, I can't even understand what game you are talking about. Just wait till GG receive the key from publisher.
