endless loading and black screen when multiplay

cpu: amd athlon631 memory:4GB display:ati6770 mainboard: asus f1a55 system: win7 32bit

the game get endless loading and black screen after i choose charactor in multplay

and sometimes it shows me"AVA_main stopped working"

try to install the latest drivers, c++ library, directX,.net framework,or verify game cache,it dont help

but it runs fine on my win7 64bit laptop,why?

you're going to have to put the question to somebody that works at Gamersgate. I don't know how to help you with your problem.

Alternatively it could be caused by your sound card drivers. Make sure they're up to date (as a test try disabling your sound card, not just muting it, then run the game).
