Download doesn\'t start

Hello! This monday I bought the game via Paypal, recevied the e-mail of my Purchase Order and checked it on the Payment Status of my account. There, I read that my purchase was completed but when I clicked on the title of the game the button "download" didn't appear. I waited a couple of days and tried again, uselessly. What's the matter? Is it my fault? What can I do?

You need to download the DLC through the in-game as described in the product page. You should make sure you update the game to the latest version, log into the in-game store using your GamersGate account details and then you should be able to install the DLC from there.

You don't need to download it. Just update your game to latest version and enter the game with your gamersgate account. It should be there.

Just to make sure you're aware that this is DLC for Crusader Kings 2 and requires the full base game bought from GamersGate to use it.
