The Sims 3 Deluxe review

By Toxtle posted 7th April

This is my first Sims game ever and i do not regret it. The game runs pretty good on my mid 2011 mac only thing i noticed was pop ins when zooming in too fast. If your looking for an instant gratification this is not the game for you. In order to advance in this game you must also go and do the mundane like having a virtual job to pay for your fantasy life. I know that doesn't sound exciting but it pays off because you end up growing a connection to your sim and care about his or her social relationships. The appeal of the Sims is akin to when you used to play with dolls or "action figures" as a kid. You get be an all mighty being who guides your avatar through the fantasy of living another life. and i think that's what makes this game worth it.
