You Are Empty offers players an all-new action experience. Set in late fifties Soviet Union, where some of the elite Soviet scientists started a major experiment to alter both the body and mind. The goal was to create super humans capable of building bright future and communism at home and help spread it all over the world. But something goes wrong…
As a result the whole city is changed. The majority of the citizens died, and the remainder were changed into terrible mutants – now they are the only inhabitants stalking the streets.
You Are Empty immerses you completely in the dark atmosphere of the Soviet totalitarian system. Fighting against the mutants who have obtained super powers, you must guide our hero as he tries to understand what has happening and save the day.

Game world

The game takes place in a Soviet city with authentic Stalinist era architecture and colossal monuments dedicated to the bright communist future. The town is littered with the half functioning factories of the workers state. The inhabitants have fallen prey to an experiment carried out by soviet scientists. Most of them have died, but the survivors have been twisted, some beyond recognition, and all trace of their humanity has been lost.
