X-Com Enforcer review

While it bears no resemblance to the original X-Com series besides the setting and story, it's not a half bad shooter on it's own regards. Non stop action that can get a bit tedious at times and even though it has 30 levels, it can be easily beat in one sitting. Worth a look, just don't be expecting classic X-Com.

Who wants to play a bad TPS, I do, I do, I don't. In X-Com Enforcer you play a science experiment of x-com, an alien/robot/super-soldier thing, that is supposed to kick butt and chew gum and in this case you have a whole lot of gum, which is to say this game is bad. No joke can really be made, it's just bad. I can't really say much as I haven't play much as it's just bad. All and all, bad. Avoid unless you get the x-com pack in which case try it once and see how much you hate it.

An arcade like third person shooter that just uses the X-Com name. Don't know why companies do this. People like the game for the type of game play, not just for the name. Keep it in the same genre, or at least make it a great game using X-Com habitats and game play in mind. One I loaded, was majorly disappointed, and removed the same day.

Game is a cheap ripoff of a shooter game from 90s. Totally linear and unconnected to the other titles.

It is somewhat interesting, but will not keep your attention for too long.

With no strategic aspects to deal with, this game is a disapointmet for those who expected the usual 'x-com' challenge. A mere re-use of and old and known brand.

Unfortunately success stories - and XCOM games were a success story - often make bad franchise. This game is not dismal but it does not include the elements that made the actual XCOM so enjoyable ( team management, a bit of RPG, a bit of tactical combat ...) and feels quite outdated...

This is a no-brainer shooter unlike other X-COM series. Your goal is simply to blast aliens and (sometimes) rescue people.

It's played in Third-Person, and you play as a X-COM Operative with powered armor.

There are many powerups dropped from enemies and researched/upgraded through playing, some of them are too powerful and made games cakewalk after I fully upgraded them.

Lots of levels are in game, including Frogger-ish minigames(you enter one of a minigame levels when you finish a level with BONUS letters collected).

as I said above, This is different from other X-COM series, and has no strategic element AT ALL. skip this game if you want tough games, or if you played other X-COMs.

and I recommend this game for people... who wants to familiarize with TPS(though there are better games of same genre out there).
