WOW...that about sums it up!!!! I was expecting some story driven, linear walk down another ww2 FPS, but this thing blew my mind. The sheer size and scope of this game is mind boggling, especially when you hop in a very realistic plane and can fly across Europe, and watch down below as all sorts of chaos is erupting on the front. I think the most "omg, did that really happen?!" moment was as a rifleman for the German army, riding ON a tank (not as a tank, not as the driver or gunner but actually sitting ON the side of a tank driven by another player!!!), and we were travelling towards a town. There was another tank next to us, and the next thing I know tracer rounds from a machine gun are whipping past my head, and the tank next to me BLOWS UP!! I don't mean it just sprouted flames and stopped, I mean the whole damned thing blew up! The turret itself flew about 50 feet in the air!!!! From that point on the assault on the town left me breathless. From cralwing in the bushes, to running through buildings swarming with enemy infantry, it's a game that truly captures the feel of war. What is even more impressive is that all of the vehicles and people you see are other players. Whether it's a squadron of bombers buzzing overhead dropping bombs and the fighter planes dogfighting it out to prottect them, to the anti-tank guns and the tanks, and the naval ships bombarding their targets, you cannot help but feel overwhelmed at the overall scope of this thing. I will say, it took me a bit to understand what was going on, and learning to actually aim a rifle (using the sights, not some mythical cross hair on your monitor!) took some getting used to. But let me tell you, when you aim that rifle on an enemy about 200 yards away, squeeze the trigger, and see the little puff of red as he drops, it is one hell of a good feeling! This is true sim, and one well worth the time to play over and over and over!

Easily the most accurate, engrossing MMO on the planet. I've never played any other MMO that pulled me into the game as quickly and as completely as BGEurope. If PvP is your thing this is your game. The PvP can only be described as hardcore. A 1st day player can kill a six year vet on his very first mission IF he has the skill. Are you a pilot? BGEurope has the most skilled sim pilots on the 'net, from close air support missions, to strategic bombing campaigns and massed fighter sweeps this one has it all. Very few things in gaming are as satisfying to me as roaring in at treetop level in my trusty Hurricane II, blasting the hell out of some little squishy infrantrymen with my 2 500lb bombs and roaring off, leaving a smoking crater behind me along with shattered egos and cowering grunts. destroyer vs destroyer, tank vs anti-tank gun, bombers versus ground versus fighters versus anti-aircraft guns, CRS didn't leave anything out. If it were any more realistic I'd probably be suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. If your impatient and unskilled in PvP this IS NOT the game for you. But if you like a challenge and enjoy pitting your skills against that of others instead of an AI, then do yourself a favor and check out this game.
