I wasn't sure what to expect, buying a soundtrack through GamersGate, but I have to admit I'm pretty impressed. It downloads like any other file, asks where to extract and boom, soundtrack! The file size is fairly low (About 170MB for 20 tracks) and the quality is as you'd expect for any digitally distributed music.

As for the Tomb Raider one? It's really good to have on in the background. It never dominated the game, instead complimented it, and as a standalone soundtrack it works very much the same way.
