A fun, explosive overdose!
The use of bullet time in a game like this was an awesome idea - and it works really well too. And while the graphics are pretty dated, it does have a nice style to it which makes it easier to look at. Unfortunately, it's fairly buggy... especially when it comes to the physics and the AI. However, the visual style and the excellent gameplay makes up for it.

The game is a lot like gta with the bullet time of max payne, the missions are shoot outs
and you get points on how unique your moves are. The points you get are for updating your
character in the game. You can steal cars but the choices are limited and sections very
short, the open world is nothing like gta and its very limited on what you can do.

The very first time I heard of this game was when I saw it on an sale here on GG and now I am really glad I did. It borrows quite a lot from the GTA series of games, yet it does add some things of its own. The core of the game consists of gunfights against your enemies, where the goal is to get the job done as stylishly as possible, with combos of moves netting you high amounts of score when done correctly. In addition to that being really fun and addicting, the more points you score the better the rewards from the missions are going to be, such as getting more health or more ammo capacity for your weapons. Around the open-world there are also collectibles scattered around which make your character better, just like the rewards you get from the missions. That adds some more lifetime into the game if you´re into collecting them.
The game also has vehicles just like in the GTA series, which you also get to race with. The physics with the cars are pretty stiff and driving around with them is probably the least likable aspect of the game. Also there´s not a whole lot of the vehicles around and they all feel pretty much alike to drive.
The graphics are also pretty out-dated, by modern standards.
All-in-all this is extremely fun and action-packed game and it definetely gets my recommendation.

I don't know if this game is a port of a PS2 game or from the original Xbox, but I strongly suspect that it is. It is also a little dated- having said that, and never having seen it before, I really enjoyed this tittle. Sandbox playing, guns, comedy and LUCHADORES. If you enjoyed the Saints Row series, you will enjoy this game.
