Treasure Hunters review

By eva3000 posted 26th November 2011

There is nothing compelling about this game, story line is flat, characters are boring, the game is super short. I finished it in an hour and there is no reason to replay it. Graphics aren't bad, they are clean and its probably the only ok thing in this game. Scenes are unclattered, so much so that I passed most levels by clicking items in the scene without even looking at the list. I also found the music and sounds kind of annoying, especially the hint button sound. The difficulty level of the puzzles varied from easy to super easy. 1 of the puzzles consisted of putting numbers 1 to 9 in ascending order just by clicking on them, I mean c'mon.. It should be advertised as kids game, ages 6 to 8.. Oh, and there is no jigsaw minigame. I rarely play hidden object games any more but this one was an impulsive buy because of the greek mythology theme. It was intergrated very poorly in the game and basically non-existing in the puzzles. Aside from one interesting trivia fact about a contraption Ancient Greeks invented, this game bored me to death. I am surprised that they want to make it into a series, I cant imagine anyone wanting to play another episode after the dissapointment of the first one.
