Great story..

I guess this adventure is quite dated now, but I keep coming back to it cos I liked the story as well as the beautiful graphics (although they too look dated now). Quite a simple game, and will challenge you to work out the various puzzles, but rewarding when it 'clicks'. And I guess clicking is the name of the game as the plot is based around a clockwork toy factory whose owners held a family secret; The clockwork train was quite a neat idea. Overall good game.

Altogether the game is very nice - amazing, beautiful and very original (that automotons' theme really made the atmosphere). A little complain is that the game is getting a bit boring when you are stucked with this or other puzzle.

Both gentle and engrossing in equal part. the puzzles are not too easy and the graphics are spectacular. The animations work well within the storyline, which is not too obvious.

Beautiful scenery, amazing and well developed story. While some of the puzzles are challenging, they are not unreasonable nor impossible to do without a guide, one of the best adventure games I've ever played. I Recommend this game to everyone including people who doesn't like adventure game. Word cannot describe this masterpiece.

A nice point-and-click adventure game with interesting characters and a good plot, but doesn't live up to its sequel. I loved this game, and fell completely in love with the beautiful environments to explore and immerse yourself in, and a story that does its job, but does just that, in my own opinion. Don't get me wrong, I love the game, but it could have been a lot better story-wise and character-wise. The second is much better, but I think that this one is fantastic and well-worth picking up solely based on the beautiful landscapes in it.

An incredible stroll down memory lane. The Syberia series is easily the most captivating and interesting point and click adventure games of all time. Syberia reached the pinnacle in a now dying genre. Myst set the bar, Syberia took it to a whole different level.

Fun game. Certainly older, but the story is excellent. If you can get past the older graphics and lower resolution than I think the game is a good purchase for any story drive gamer.

Good game!

Interesting story, the kind that drags you back to the computer to find out what happens next.

Well-made game, too, they must have done a fair amount of research into the area where the action takes place.

Had no problems whatsoever running the game on my old computer.
