Sonic is one of my favorite characters, ever since I was a kid and watched the cartoon "The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog". My brother owned a Sega Genesis and that is how I played Sonic 2. Bought this to play on my computer and it is still just as fun. Simple to play, fast, Sonic and Tails are cute characters, it is very colorful, and importantly fun! Being DRM-free, like GamersGate's page says, is a major plus!

I played this game frist when I was 10 on Sega Mega Drive in the far 1996.It' s a classic, it a cult of videogame.If You like sonic or Sega Genesis Game It is the best.The graphic isnt' so good but it is a good and a fun game !

The original Sonic the Hedgehog games are the best of the classic Sega games. Its a classic Sonic game what else do you need to know? For the first time in a sonic game you get a second character and not just a clone with a different color palette or sightly different seed and jump hight but a character the moves through the level completely different from the main one, imagine how much cooler Luigi would be if he flew.
