This was a horrible game, to start with I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, the graphics are rubbish, animation laughable, dialogue very poor and overall it is just a horrible game.

Snajper review

By Giles Habibula posted 6th October 2010

"Snajper" was actually released back in 2003 in the US as "Sniper: Path Of Vengeance". It was given such horrible reviews at the time, that I never did buy it. And I collect FPS games, so it takes a lot to keep me away from one.

However, I kind of regret that decision now. This is not such a terrible game. If you can overlook the fact that you don't ever really get a sniper rifle (a scoped and laser-sighted single-shot assault rifle sort of substitutes here), thus rendering the title useless, it actually plays well as a retro-style shooter from the days of Duke Nukem 3D (1996).

A lot more could have been done to make it a better game, but apparently the budget did not allow. As such, I'm enjoying it for what it is; a retro-shooter. Runs just fine on my Q6600 with GTX260 and Vista 64 bit.
