Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction: Deniable Ops Insurgency Pack review

By Sin1 posted 22nd August 2012

The add-on to SC: Conviction is pretty good in itself; the additional maps are even better than the original, and tough they contain less stages they are more complex and offer a lot more possibilities. It is however only worth purchasing if you enjoy the multi-player part of the game however, because you will quickly be done clearing them in solo and the base price is 10$. This can be an issue as the multi-player online servers of the game aren't as crowded as you wish they'd be, but the Friends system does allow you to meet fellow gamers and set up playtimes.

Also be aware that the new maps do not continue the multiplayer campaign, for those who might have hoped to see more of Kestrel and Archer.

Overall not a bad expansion by any means, but be sure to have a couple friends to play with before you buy!
