The Pack of the Rising Sun is, clearly, a must have for every R.U.S.E. fan! The Japanese faction is by all accounts SUPERB. They differ greatly from the other factions, and help bolster the Axis Ranks, becoming close to evening the Web of Alliances to almost an even balance (3 Axis Factions: Germany, Italy and Japan, and 4 Allied Factions: The UK, The USA, France and The USSR).
As if this was not enough, you get three new operations to play around with, so for the price of 9.99, what else could you ask for?
All in all, a 5/5.
This DLC provides basically a new nation to play as. The Japanese are however more different to the other nations than you would expect. They provide some new tactical possibilities and flavor(especially in the infantry department). Definitely the best DLC of the ones released as of now (chimera and this). If you like RUSE, wait a bit until you know the existing nations, once you want to try something different, you should buy this.
