GAME SUMMARY

Nina Agent Chronicles

Rating: 2.7 (6 votes cast)

The action-adventure game Nina: Agent Chronicles is a unique combination of brainpower and firepower - a game where completing tasks and solving puzzles is just as vital as eliminating your opponents. Played by top Polish model Iza Czarnecka, Nina has been enlisted by an anti-terrorist organisation because of her paranormal ability to take over the minds of other people. Facing many puzzles and tasks, you must guide Nina on her absorbing missions which centre on a whole city hidden in the mountains of Afghanistan. With this absorbing title, problem solving, combat tactics and making best use of available weaponry is more important than just being quick on the draw

Nina Agent Chronicles review

By Xumm1 posted 10th June 2011

This is a game which received very bad reviews when it was released a lot of years ago,they said it's very poorly made, and I have to agree on most of the points:

- it has bad graphics;

- the voice acting is the worst I have listened to in a videogame;

- it's too short (you can complete it in 5 hours;

- you can't save the game (there are some autosaves);

- the AI is disgraceful;

- some puzzles are too difficult for the casual gamer;

- the background story doesn't make much sense.

BUT despite all these things, Secret Agent Nina is a game I enjoyed, also because I expected all that bad things, and I like some ideas behind the game:

- some of the puzzles are more challenging than in your average FPS;

-it has a lot of action;

-it's far from the horror-FPS games that seem to have invaded the market nowadays;

-last but not the least, Nina (the main character) is sexy.

what you do in the game is mainly shooting at the enemies in levels set in different places, like the Middle East, South America, etc, and overcoming some small puzzles, for instance you have to avoid some static machine guns bunkers (that will instantly kill you) by following a weird path.

So, to conclude: I recommend this game if you like No-One-Lives-Forever, or James-Bond kind of games, and if that negative points I listed don't bother you.
