Men of War marks an improvement over the other games in the series, provided you don't mind the shift in focus. The game is more focused on large scale battles where you can control a lot of soldiers and vehicles at a time instead of just a small squad.
Outside of this, the game is the most realistic real-time strategy game I've ever played, with great physics. The battlefield is fully destructible as well (and the battlefield being destructible can enable you to destroy buildings etc. for cover) and there are plenty of missions to keep you busy, with each being very challenging.
If there any downsides, the bodies etc. can dissapear after a while. It's important to note because you need to loot corpses for ammo etc. However, there is always someone else to kill for ammo. In addition, the game's difficulty might put off people as it really can be challenging.
