if you like those old building style sims but want something new then this is the game for you its like simcity with lasers and space conquest,

all that and you still have population and energy production to worry about.

This game features a great feel to moving from planet to planet in a kind of Spore way letting you zoom in and out as you build multiple colony's and expand your way across the stars

researching new power and ships

Just don't spin the planets around to much you may feel space sic

An engrossing strategy game that presents one story from several points of view as you progress. New game elements are introduced in a well-designed sequence that leads to a fun sense of discovery and challenge. Mercifully light on micromanagement, while offering plenty of opportunities to make decisions that feel like they mean something. A very solid indy title.

This is a very smartly designed mission-oriented space strategy game. I found that (when playing on Hard, the Normal mode is far too simple for veterans of the genre) that the scenarios required a delightful amount of planning and smarts to complete with a the game's competent AI.

There is no sandbox mode, and while I think it would be entertaining if there was one there is plenty of content given the reduced price of the game.

Very entertaining title, highly recommended to fans of games like Digital Reality's older space strategy titles.

For starters i liked this game even if it's only little over 100mb in size. My only problems with this game is that there is no sandbox mode wich cuts the replay value of the game and second more alarming problem was that after playing this game for 2 hours i could barely stand up for several hours after, because my head was spinning from turning the planets at high speed and zooming in and out repeately. But if you can get over that you cant walk properly then it's a decent game that's more focused on colonization and economy than combat, just the way i like it.
