Kingdom Elemental takes core game play elements from real-time strategy, tactics, and role-playing games and combines them into a game that is painfully easy to pick up and play without committing your entire life, unless you have no life...in which case you may not find Kingdom Elemental to be an adequate substitute.
Kingdom Elemental features nigh unlimited number of possible tactics by pitting combinations of your upgradeable heroes and their unique abilities against hordes of unique enemies like GIANT RAT MOBS! Everyone loves giant rat mobs with their secret furry pockets full of gold and armor! Seriously no giant rat mobs, but thARR be Pirates! Giant War Pigs! A crypt full of living dead who are just begging to be killed.....again. Knights who no longer say "Ni!", a Flaming DOOM bear who would like nothing more then to BBQ you for lunch, and so much more! The demo is free to check out so you have nothing to lose...except maybe your soul. In short Kingdom Elemental Tactics is like a whack to the head with a +8 Sword of Awesomeness!

Kingdom Elemental review
This game is great fun if you want to play a fast, not serious RTBS.
Don't misunderstand me: the battles ARE serious - maybe not too much demanding but very funny - but these aren't tied together from a story... or, well, there is a story... maybe.... you need to see it to understand :)
Anyway, at the beginning of a level you are given so much gold and with that you have to buy units, then you will pit them against the opponents. This is it.
A funny part is made up from the "trials", predetermined battles where you must survive, some of them are REALLY tricky...
If you get this game when it's on offer you will get an underpaid gem.

I was waiting for this game to go on sale; now it's the perfect price for a casual serving of Real Time Tactics.
Easy questions to answer to determine if this game is for you.
1. Do you like Final Fantasy Tactics?
2. Do you like the combat in Icewind Dale or Baldurs Gate?
If you answered yes to both of these(or #2), buy this game!
If you answered yes to #1 then I say don't be afraid to try tactical combat in real time, you can always pause it.
If you have concerns that the game is too basic after playing the demo, don't fret, in the 2nd world you get 4 new classes added to your roster.
Anyways, if you are looking for a casual combat game with enough depth and tension then by all means pick this up.
Cheers!

A crude and simple game that if distributed free I would not install it. You just buy some units, put it in rectangular field and the computer throw some other units mission after mission. No story, the graphics are home made, in fact, the game looks like a home made program that you could have done it in your PC alone. Total lack of profissionalism. Avoid it.
