This is an excellent game for those who loved commandos series gameplay. I highly reccomend this game for tactical stealth action gamers. Good mission replayability with challenging levels. Keeping you come back to try different route/strategy.

Browsing the gamersgate game collection I found Robin Hood, I played this game endlessly when it first came out. So I couldn't resist to buy the game and relive those happy moments from the past.

You can compare this game with the "commandos" games.

Stealthy and strategic, though with a totally different setting. Because of the theme I enjoyed it much more than the commandos games, but thats my personal preference ;)

The storyline is nice and the levels are well designed.

I whish there was a multiplayer option, which would make this great game even greater.

Unfortunately the game has a really great lag problem on my Windows 7 machine. It doesn't matter if I turn compatability mode on or off. Because of the lag it just isn't playable, which is a real shame. I will test it on Wine and or another system and hope it will work.

This is a very odd game. It plays out like a Robin Hood film plastered over the X-Com series. The good thing is that if that sounds good to you then you will most likely enjoy this game thoroughly (like I did)

This is quite possibly the best strategy/action adventure game ever made. The visuals are fantastic as the 2d characters blend seamlessly into the environment. The gameplay is wide open to allow the player to do whatever they want as well as complete the missions. I would even go as far as saying it is groundbreaking, as very few PC games in the past have been able to create original gameplay based on multiple genres. If you had to nitpick, the lack of multiplayer and skirmish modes would be the general consensus of what would keep critics from rating this game highly. Most would tell you that the single player campaign more than makes up for the lack of other game modes and I can tell you for a fact that you can play this game over and over again and still get a great experience playing it. There are many different things to discover and find after the first time playing it, keeping the gameplay fresh and exciting. All of this factors into what I consider the most underrated game of the decade.
