Great expansion to the original Europa Universalis that adds flavour to the generic Asian countries. It certainly makes playing those countries more interesting but also makes playing eastern european countries more challenging as you try to take on the hordes.

This is a fantastic game addition. It really makes the game look a lot better, not to mention really expanding the gameplay to asian nations which can be just as fun to play as, in fact they take so much more strategy. One thing to watch out for on the Mac version is that you need to be running Mac OS x 10.6 at least to play the game. This shouldn't effect most people but if you haven't at least upgraded to snow leopard you need to do that first. I say buy it.

Many people have criticized the lack of improvements to the play of this game for Europoean nations, which are the focus of this game. However, I felt that the improvements to the AI and building system can be very significant if you use them well. Also, I am a sucker for beatiful GUIs. I say buy it!

Divine Wind continues the EU tradition; this time their effort was to increase the gameplay in the eastern nations. Japan and China.

Japan introduce the shogunate, where any of the daimyos can become Shogun through either diplomacy or military success.

China shows a faction type of government were they try to influence the emperor.

A lot of good changes in the interface and in the building department.

Overall a great update that deepens the EU gameplay, a great chance to bring the eastern powers to glory!!!
