Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
A sniper rifle, shotgun and 10000 credits together are worthy of this dlc's price. Although the shotgun really does not help a lot, the silent sniper rifle serves sneaky attacks pretty well. The money may ruin the normal gameplay a bit, but someone may really need money at the beginning to upgrade the gears. This dlc doesn't add anything to gameplay, but for the price of it, you can't really complain about that.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
A great bonus start to your game. Gives you some new "toys" to play with right from the start. Doens't really change anyhting about the game, but the extra credits help, especially with buying Praxis kits right away.
For a mid beginners boost, I was glad I got this DLC and recommend it for the price.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
Not usually a fan of DLC that doesn't add any quests or story, but the weapons and the credits add a lot of fun to the game, made it significantly easier in the beginning too, useful for those of us who usually play on easy. Definately worth picking up.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
Doesn't add too much content to the game, but at the current price especially if you have blue coins to spare I'd recommend you get it. The sniper rife and Double-Barrel Shotgun are fun to use. For those of us who aren't the most accomplished gamers the 10,000 credits help you at the beginning of the game.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
Beware before buying this DLC, if you enjoy challenge in your games this DLC might ruin your fun, the 10,000 credits you get in-game for it let's you get a very good amount of upgrades that you might not have been able and might have had to work for otherwise, but if you don't mind all that and just want to enjoy the game it's a good buy, the silenced sniper rifle is a definite nice advantage at the start since you only get sniper rifles and silencer mods quite far in the game, the double barrel shotgun is passable and better used for credits, and the 10,000 credits are good so you don't have to scavenge selling everything at the start to get the 2 praxis kits that you can buy at the first limb clinic you come to.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
Not really essential for enjoying the game but a helpful boost to start off with, especially useful if you are not going to be trying to play it on super hard modes.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ - Tactical Enhancement Pack review
This DLC is not worth the money to be frank, so unless you got some blue coins over don't bother. It ads a sniper to the game that's a modified standard sniper. I'm sure it's real strong and all, but not worth paying for. Regardless of the price.
I hate when developers lock certain content that is actually in the game from the very start. You're not downloading anything, it just unlocks it in game.
