Dead Island - Endurance Test

By FrozenStar posted 13th April

"Bloodbath Arena" may offer a couple of hours of fun to fans of Dead Island, but it gets repetitive and boring fast. It's mostly a test of endurance to see how many zombies you can handle in a row without dying, with little margin of error and moments you can take a deep breath.

The 4 maps offer different difficulty levels, but they seem to be mixed up. The hard map has a designed that can have you pinned down at a location near the workbench and because of the high-rise level it's easier to deal with zombies from there with the use of a firearm.

The maps for the 4 arenas aren't too big but they offer enough room to ease dealing with the zombies. The only problem is the limited time you're given to fix your weapons, which at larger waves of zombies will decay from a single round, and may force the player to stay pinned down to a location in the proximity of the workbench, instead of using all the space.
