no longtime fun

By llamedosleaf posted 16th September 2012

Played this simulation for three or four hours, then reached the happiest end, which is a quite unrealistic one btw.

In my opinion the re-play-factor is not so big because you need to read a lot of text you have read before and see the same pictures all the time until you reach a "turning point". Saving often could help but interrupts the gaming process even more.

Having payed 15 Euros for four hours of gaming makes me feel quite disappointed - maybe in some months when I forgot a lot of the pics and texts it makes senses for me to play again.

Positive is: the future-setting with holograms and climate changing.

The "can a robot love a human ?"-thing is nothing new though. Plus, as a woman, I felt strange about listening to all three female characters always wanting too flirt with everybody and being sexy all the time. Makes me think it's a game from shy IT-Engineers for shy IT-Engineers ;-)

Overall I like this game very much. It has very nice graphics, an okay story line and does have multiple endings for replay value. $15 is a little much, I think $5 to $10 would be an excellent price range for this game. I would still recommend playing this game at some point.

Funny choice game

For 15$ I would avoid it but for around 5$ or lower I guess it's a good pick.

It is overall not that long but has lots of replayable value to get different endings and scenes.

All you do is go around choosing actions and different choices.

Has voice acting which is good and graphics aren't anime kind of thing.

This game is an adventure game whereby you choose difference options, and depending on which options you choose, the outcome changes.

The game's world is interesting. The game is set sometime in the near future when there is perennial rain due to the effects of global warming. This gives the game it's gritty atmosphere.

You play Luke Black, a programmer for Nanotech. The game revolves around the character called Tanya as she waltzes into Luke's flat one day. As well as Tanya, Luke has to fight off dealing with such things as: work; his partner of ten years, Helen; and his friend Tom.

The music is suitable for the mood of the game, but most of the female speech recordings have static on them, which takes the player away from actually being a part of the world the game creates. This is annoying and gets you back to thinking you are actually playing a game instead of escaping from the world around you.

The game has a lot of re-play value due to 24 different endings. Indeed, if you make different choices, you hear different dialogue and the story progresses in another way. It is interesting to replay the game several times just to see the other outcomes. So far I have reached about 8 or 9 of them. So still a long way to go to complete the game fully. Some of these memorable endings are automatically saved by the game and can be accessed at any time.

Overall, a good, fun purchase for a couple of hours. Just don't expect anything perfect.
