Aeon Command review

This game has gameplay very similar to Alien Hallway. Because of this, I can't help but compare the two games. Like that game you do not directly control your units. You decide what units to build with the materials your mining ships gather. The goal is to overwhelm the enemy and defeat their capital ship while avoiding the same happening to you.

There is a short tutorial that gives you some very basic information. Then the campaign gives additional hints as you complete objectives in the missions. During missions, you may also get "gears" which can be used to upgrade some of the overall abilities of your ships. You can increase their hull and weapon strengths, or reduce the cost or cool down timer on support items such as repair ability.

Overall it's a good game, but not great. I found that the difficulty level made a fairly steam climb as the game progressed. Again, comparing it to Alien Hallway, Aeon command is the much more difficult of the two games. However, if you liked Alien Hallway, you'll likely like this game as well.

The graphics and sound are good. Nothing amazing, but a good fit for this game. Controls with the keyboard and mouse are very simple and work fine.

10/10 Reasonable game. This game is very reasonable, it includes some good and bad points here and there, overall i believe it to be a very subjective game which you may or may not like. I could suggest this game, however it is your own opinion to weather or not you would like it. It is defiantly a game though.

It's a pretty fun game that will easily eat away your time. Unfortunately what holds it back is the campaign. You will go from beating the mission in 6 mins to taking over an hour. It's is quite frustrating when that happens. But this is quite a bit of fun even with the difficulty problem.

It is a interesting game, feels a little like SPAZ and FLT.

But then again in a more RTS style of play.

Easily something i could spend time on when i don't feel like doing to much.

Reminds me of alien hallway, it's got a "flash game" feeling but it's a nice time-spender, difficulty seems a bit random from time to time.

It's very tactical and everything is about how you think of the fight, don't expect any action here.

Good simple fun, and challenging so it keeps you hooked. I can envision this being excellent laughs multiplayer at a LAN. Purchased as part of an indie bundle, great value for the amount of fun you'll have!

Best review for game is the demo.

Best review for game is the demo. Why? You choose game what you want to play and pay for it. All have different taste.

Why big companies can't do multiplatform games? Smaller=better? Yes. Looks like SPAZ and FLT. 3...2...1... START THE ENGINE.
